Bokably provides an online booking and client management platform for service-based businesses. We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limits.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Data Ownership

You own all data you enter into Bokably. We do not claim ownership of your business data, client information, or content. You may export your data at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including sending spam, uploading malicious content, or violating applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
